Cargill invites support to make an Original Impact at World Dairy Expo

Cargill knows true Originals don't just show up, they give back. As part of its presence at World Dairy Expo 2026, Cargill is featuring three organizations whose impact extends far beyond the farm. The company is inviting dairy enthusiasts to help select a $5,000 donation winner in their booth during World Dairy Expo this year.

“World Dairy Expo is an opportunity to celebrate the people, passion and innovation that make the dairy industry exceptional,” said Greg Shoemaker, Director, North America Dairy, Cargill. “We know that there are original organizations making a big impact across the U.S. We’re proud to highlight and support them.”

Earlier this year, Cargill received nominations of regional or national dairy-focused charities that make a meaningful impact in local communities across the country. Many causes were nominated for consideration, and three finalists were named to be featured in the booth at the show. Now attendees at World Dairy Expo visiting Cargill’s Exhibition Hall booth 1903 will vote.

At the conclusion of World Dairy Expo, the organization with the most votes will receive a $5,000 donation with the runners-up receiving a $1,000 donation each.

Attendees can vote for one of the following organizations:

  • Farmer Angel Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of farmers across Wisconsin.
  • Fill A Glass With Hope is the first program of its kind that raises funds for Pennsylvania food banks to purchase fresh milk from local dairies.
  • National 4-H Dairy Conference provides funding to reduce financial barriers for youth delegates attending the event.

Cargill knows no two dairies are alike. That's why they’re committed to supporting the original people and causes that make the dairy industry stronger every day. If you’d like to learn more visit cargillanimalnutrition.com/original.
